Wayne Le Maitre

Wayne is the longest serving member of the team with over 40 years experience in the trade. He is one of the first points of contact for customers and can offer sound advice on how best to move your project forward with EcoHomes. Not only offering advice Wayne also measures up, quotes and designs the trusses and metal web joists.

After the advice stage and once an architect has created your plans, Wayne will take a look and work out your requirements. He will also talk to your installer or builder to make sure it all goes to plan. Once it’s manufactured to correct specifications the individual pieces can be put together in the workshop or on site. That makes it easier when there are access issues and in Guernsey that is often the case. Wayne is there to try and make the whole process run as smoothly as possible.
